LAREDO, Tx- Effective today, September 16, 2011 at 3 p.m., the extended turnaround lane on eastbound Loop 20 at McPherson Rd. to westbound Loop 20, and dual left turn lane turn lanes from eastbound Loop 20 to northbound McPherson Rd. were opened to the traveling public.
