A home celebrating the art and life of the famed late Laredo artist Helen Richter Watson is now open at Texas A&M International University’s Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library. The Helen Richter Watson Art Gallery is open Tuesday-Thursday from 10 a.m. – noon and from 2-4 p.m. and by appointment. The Gallery observes all University holidays or closures.
