Downtown Traffic Signal Cabinets Replacement

Project may temporarily affect traffic lights at intersections
City of Laredo Traffic Safety Division contractor, Star Operations, Inc. will be replacing traffic signal cabinets in the downtown area beginning, this Monday, July 18, 2011.
There are a total of 57 intersections that will be affected in the downtown area for the duration of the project.
No more than one signalized intersection shall be placed under construction at one time.
The total down time per signalized intersection should be no more than four hours, at which time the intersection will operate in an all-way stop condition.
The project duration shall be no longer than 120 working days. Daily working hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
