Texas A&M International University presents the first Nonprofit Excellence Summer Institute, an assembly of civic leaders, executive directors, board members, volunteers, attorneys, trustees, CEOs and CFOs of private foundations and nonprofit organizations. The three-day event will take place today from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the La Posada Hotel. Conference fees are $375 for non-members, $250 for members, and $200 for one day only. Participants will learn more about topics such as the Perfect Nonprofit Model, cultural strategies, new laws for foundations and U.S. nonprofits, fundraising in an International Community, the four R’s of Volunteer Management, and many other useful tools for a successful nonprofit organization.
