City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas makes time to chat with former White House Chief of Staff to President Obama and current City of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, discussing the importance of the2009 stimulus package and how it helped the City of Laredo not only with major infrastructure projects, but also boosted the local economy, as was the Act’s intent. Mayor Salinas will be at the U.S. Conference of Mayor’s until next week.
