On Friday Willie Bote, Everyone’s Favorite Environmentally-Friendly Trash Can Mascot, visited with residents of the Border Region MHMR to celebrate their efforts to help keep Laredo clean and to protect our environment by recycling. Joining them for a pizza party, Willie Bote pointed out that everyone is responsible to conserve our resources, and the residents at Border Region MHMR are leaders in the community for making changes at the facility to recycle.
