Webb County Judge Danny Valdez will be holding the 13th Annual Special Student of the Month awards presentation this Thursday, May 12 at the Martin High School Band Hall. The special event starts at 10:00 a.m.
The event honors physically challenged students of Laredo for their achievements in school and is co-sponsored by numerous businesses and organizations in Laredo.
