LAREDO – Effectively immediately, today, April 26, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Star Operations is performing traffic signal work to replace mast head at the intersection of Loop 20 at Spur 400 ( Clark Blvd. ). Southbound Loop 20 left turn lane at Spur 400 is closed. Policemen providing added traffic control.
