Sex Offenders Round Up

With the help of the US Marshal’s fugitive task force the Special Investigations Unit of the Laredo Police Department arrested several sex offenders who violated the mandatory Sex Offender registration mandates. (Listed below) There are two fugitives at large listed at the end of the list.
Rogelio Munoz – Failed to report to the Laredo Police Department within 30 days before or after his verification anniversary date *CAPTURED*
Sergio Cardenas – Failed to report employment with 7 days of initial employment to the Laredo Police Department *CAPTURED*
Carolina Garay Rubio – Failed to report for annual verification with the Laredo Police Department for over 12 years *CAPTURED*
Jose Angel Vasquez – Failed to report his Motor Vehicle within 7 days to the Laredo Police Department *CAPTURED*
Jorge Valentine Ramon – to report change of address within 7 days of change to the Laredo Police Department *STILL AT LARGE*
Luis Eduardo Lozano – Failed to report change of address within 7 days of change to the Laredo Police Department *STILL AT LARGE*
