U.S. Representative Francisco Canseco (R-23), City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas and U.S. Representative Henry Cuellar (D-28) enjoy a friendly moment at the Laredo Day Reception in Washington, D.C. last week. Earlier that evening, both congressman addressed the crowd: Cuellar reiterating his support for his community and Canseco reminding those in attendance that he “will always be a man of Laredo.”
