Loop 20 entrance-exit at Emerald Valley Drive Closed 3-4 months

LAREDO – The Loop 20 entrance-exit at Emerald Valley Drive will be closed effective January 6, 2011 for a period of three to four months for construction of Loop 20 northbound overpass and northbound frontage road. Emerald Valley Drive traffic will be detoured to Bencha Drive located due south of Emerald Valley Drive on the east side of Loop 20. This work is part of the Cuatro Vientos Interchange Project at Loop 20-SH 359 currently under construction by Ballenger Construction Company. Advance warning traffic signs will be in place to notify the traveling public of this closure. Please adhere to traffic safety signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
