City of Laredo District I Council Member Mike Garza was joined by Wal-Mart Manager James Gonzalez and Wal-Mart associates as the store presented Cm. Garza with a check for $500 to go towards his annual Winter Shopping Spree at Wal-Mart, where approximately 100 children from the various schools in his district get to purchase a jacket, shoes and other necessities.
