Loop 20 Entrance to Maria Luisa Drive Closed Saturday Morning

LAREDO – The Loop 20 entrance to Maria Luisa Drive will be closed Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 5 a.m. to 12 noon to place reinforced concrete pipe in preparation for reconstruction of entire intersection in the near future. Maria Luisa Drive is located approximately 2/10 mile north of Loop 20-SH 359 intersection. This work is part of the Cuatro Vientos Loop 20-SH 359 Interchange Project currently under construction by Ballenger Construction. The project began construction in late October 2010.
Traffic may access the Vista Nueva residential subdivision through Ben Cha Drive located north of Maria Luisa Drive or by way of SH 359 around United ISD Student Activity Complex.
The traveling public is advised to observe advanced warning traffic safety signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
