Kidnapping in Garland, Tx Arrests Made Here in Laredo, Tx

The Garland Police Department along with the Laredo Police Department is investigating the kidnapping of a 7-year-old female by the name of Laura Andrade. Laura is approximately 2 1/2 half feet tall, 85 pounds, with straight black hair and brown eyes. She was taken from her home in Garland during the morning hours of Monday, December 13th. Two of the suspects are in custody in Laredo, Texas.
The missing child was not in the custody of the female that was arrested. There is an ongoing investigation. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000.00 for information leading to the recovery of Laura. Diana Peinado is the mother of Laura Esperanza. Diana was arrested on December 16, 2010 at 3 pm in Laredo at the 1200 block of San Dario. She along with her 16 year old son was charged with interfering with child custody.
