Congressman Cuellar meets with Governor-elect of Tamaulipas

Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX 28) welcomed Governor-elect of the Mexican state Tamaulipas Edigio Torres Cantu to his Washington D.C. office on Nov. 30, 2010. The two, along with former US Ambassador to Mexico Tony Garza, had an informal meeting covering a broad variety of topics, including high speed rail plans for the border community, the Mérida Initiative, border trade and continuing security cooperation.
