LAREDO – Effective December 21, 2010 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., the traveling public can expect alternating lane closures at the intersection of Loop 20-US 83 South ( Zapata Highway ) in several directions for pavement striping by Gilmar Construction. Please slow down and drive with caution, merge to open lane(s) and observe advanced warning signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
