Grandmas, Grandpas and anyone else who likes loteria is invited to go the Laredo Public Library, located at 1120 East Calton Road, this Sunday, December 5, 2010, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. in the HEB Multi-Purpose Room. The event is free to the public and there will be prizes for the winners and refreshments for everyone!
