On Friday November 5th 2010, at approximately 12:57 pm near the Las Ventanas subdivision, a Laredo Police Department Patrol Supervisor stated he observed a burgundy Ford F-150 King Ranch with TX Plates that was parked against traffic and very close to the stop sign. The LPD Supervisor stated he noticed a lot of movement from the backseat of the truck. When the Sergeant investigated further he found two individuals in a lewd act. The older male was identified as Ambrosio Rios Gomez and a younger male identified as Guillermo Garcia . When checking the males for outstanding warrants, Garcia was wanted on a Failure To Appear warrant from Judge Jesus Garza`s Court, and no bond was set. Officers placed Ambrosio Rios Gomez under arrest for Public Lewdness C/A and read Ambriosio Rios Gomez his Miranda Warnings in English and transported Ambrosio Rios Gomez to the Police Station for booking and processing. Garcia was served with the FTA warrant and charged with Public Lewdness C/A and transported to Webb County Jail where he remained. Ambrosio Rios Gomez was booked and processed on charges of Public Lewdness C/A, and was remanded to Webb County Jail where he remained in lieu of a $750.00 bond set by J. P. R. Veliz

Parenting in Laredo needs a serious overhaul kids are running around the streets in diapers and now this sad encounter with cheeks child advocacy center or other social programs in Laredo need to step up to the plate.

The public needs to know that chubby cheecks is not mentally all there. He always is asking the public for money in the streets to eat. I know cause I have given him money before to buy food. So this old fart gay monster defiently took advantage of chubby cheeks. So Laredo needs to be careful with our children.

I am just very concerned and worried because he is my neighboor in lakeside and i have three male children. Please watch out for him, cause he looks like a nice man but looks are very deciving.
