LPD Vice Squad Makes Six Arrests for Prostitution

On Thursday October 7, 2010, members of the Laredo Police Department’s Narcotics/Vice Unit along with the LPD Patrol Division worked a special detail on the west side of Laredo. The objective was to locate, identify and arrest anyone soliciting prostitution. Six females were arrested for soliciting money for sex from an undercover Law Enforcement Officer. All female arrestees were charged with prostitution C/B and booked at the Laredo Police Department before being remanded to the Webb County Jail pending Magistration.
