Earlier today, City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas welcomed various visitors to City Hall.
Mayor of Vallecio, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Norberto Serna, and his wife Elia and City Treasurer Noe Villarreal stopped in Laredo, as many cities in Mexico do to visit with Laredo, hoping to capitalize on Laredo’s location and friendly attitude to our neighbor to the south to increase trade and other opportunities for their community.
Later, 10th grade students from Harmony Science Academy’s Advanced Placement History class were visiting City Secretary Gustavo Guevara, learning about the City of Laredo’s government’s history, when they popped in for a quick picture with Mayor Salinas.
