Oct. 3-7 – IH 35 Lane Closures (Bridge Rehab Work)

LAREDO – Weather permitting October 3-7, 2010 from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., Mitchell’s Unlimited, Inc. work crews will perform bridge repair work on IH 35 Southbound (SB) at Del Mar Blvd. and Mann Rd. under IH 35. Traffic should slow down and prepare to merge to open lane(s). There will be traffic control and a temporary closure of the outside main lane of IH 35 SB immediately after the Shiloh intersection to just past Mann Rd. This includes closure of the IH 35 SB entrance ramp between Del Mar Blvd. and Mann Rd. during duration of this work. Two IH 35 SB main lanes will remain open on top of Mann Rd.
The traveling public is advised to observe advanced warning traffic safety signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
