Earlier at tonight’s City Council meeting, Mayor Raul G. Salinas and the Laredo City Council recognized several former employees of the City of Laredo who retired from the City of Laredo with 20 or more years of service. They were all thanked profusely for their dedication and public service, not only to the City of Laredo, but more importantly, to their fellow citizens in the community
