LPD NARCOTICS BUST TWO ARRESTED

On July 21st, members of the Laredo Police Narcotics/Vice Unit responded to information regarding a house with illegal narcotics activity. Surveillance was set up at a residence located at 1100 Hendricks Avenue and noticed two female subjects placing a large box into a vehicle and drive to an undisclosed location. At that time the subject was approached and identified as one Elsa Salazar. 
Four bundles of marijuana were recovered weighing 7.5 pounds in the car. Officers searched the residence at1100 Hendricks and placed Bianca Castillo, under arrest. Both subjects were charged with Possession of Marihuana Felony 3, and then transported to the Laredo Police Department to be processed and eventually transported to Webb County Jail pending a bond hearing.
