“The Sound of Music” performances

TAMIU and the Laredo Theater Guild International present “The Sound of Music.” The performance includes music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, book by Howard Lindsay and Russell Crouse and suggested by “The Story of the Trapp Family Singers.” General admission is $15 and $10 discounted admission for students with ID and seniors. Tickets are available for advance purchase at Foster’s, 1605 E. Del Mar Boulevard, Blue Top, 101 W. Hillside Road #11 and at the TAMIU Bookstore. Tickets will be available on-site at the box office before show times.
Thursday, July 15 through Saturday, July 17 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, July 18 at 3 p.m. in the TAMIU Center for the Fine and Performing Arts Theatre
Additional show times are Friday, July 23 through Saturday July 24 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, July 25 at 3 p.m.
