Shiloh Extension Ceremony

City of Laredo District VI Council Member Gene Belmares hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially celebrate the opening of the newly extended Shiloh Drive to Loop 20.
The official ribbon is cut. Joining Cm. Belmares are George Martinez, president of Martinez Paving, the contractor for the project; City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas, Martinez granddaughters; Dunamis Ministries Pastor Adria Acevedo; Belmares; City Manager Carlos Villarreal; Planning Director Keith Selman; and Assistant City Manager Jesus Olivares.
