LPD Raids Gold Fish Amusement Center

On June 1, 2010 at approximately 11:00 p.m. Crimes Against Property Investigators executed a search warrant at 2322 Jacaman Rd. at the Gold Fish Amusement Center. Sergio Luna Lira and one Luo Feng were charged with Gambling Promotion a C/A Misdemeanor and were transported to Webb County Jail. (Bond pending magistration.) 
Approximately $51,124.00 in us currency was seized in addition to 193 motherboards that were seized the next day. The investigation continues and further arrests may be pending. The search warrant was a culmination of a multi-week investigation by undercover officers who went to play at the 8-liner business and were paid in cash several times.
