Mayor Salinas Welcomes Ruiz Elementary School

Earlier today, City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas welcomed the Courtesy Club from Ruiz Elementary to City Hall, where they toured the building and learned how different City departments also service the community at large. After a quick visit to the Mayor’s Office, students also stopped in Council Chambers, to sit up at the daise and pretend to be Mayor or Council Member for a Day.
