CITY OF LAREDO CLOSURE NOTICE

All City of Laredo administrative offices will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2010 in observance of Memorial Day. Protective and emergency services will be operational. No garbage pick-up will be available that day, but the City Landfill will be open on Monday, May 31, 2010. Trash pick-up schedule will resume the next day on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 on regularly scheduled routes.
In observance of Memorial Day, the Laredo Public Library will be closed Monday, May 31, 2010. The Bruni Plaza Branch will be closed Monday, May 31 and Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
The City of Laredo Municipal Court will also be closed on Monday, May 31, 2009. Individuals scheduled to appear in court that day have a minimum of 10 working days to make an appearance. Contact Municipal Court for more information at

El Metro bus service will run on regularly scheduled bus routes.
City of Laredo administrative offices will re-open on Tuesday, June 1, 2010, during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be on Monday, June 7, 2010.
