Vigilant Cop Finds Unsuspecting Man in Truck Exposing Himself

On Wednesday, April 07, 2010 at 8 am, a Laredo Police Officer from the traffic division was patrolling the morning traffic when he spotted a suspicious vehicle with an occupant in the car at the intersection of Park and San Agustin. The officer went up to the Chevy Silverado Truck and witnessed a male sitting wearing no shirt and fully exposing his male private parts. Initially the suspect had not even realized that the police officer was viewing his acts. The man was arrested at the scene and a full investigation into the incident is ongoing by the Special Investigations Unit. Gustavo Castillo, age 35, was arrested for Indecent Exposure Class B. He was taken to Webb County Jail. Bond was not available at the time of the news release.
