Mar. 27 IH 35 Weekend Lane Closure & Detour at FM 1472-IH 35 Overpass Project

LAREDO – On-going construction of the FM 1472 overpass at IH 35 will require the following lane closure and detour to pour concrete on IH 35 to FM 1472 northbound direct connector, weather permitting:
● March 27, 2010, 4:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. -Complete closure of northbound IH-35 main lanes to pour concrete on bridge deck. All northbound traffic will be detoured onto Exit 4 (Del Mar Blvd.) to continue along the IH 35 NBFR (northbound frontage road, San Dario Ave.) to the following IH-35 NB entry ramp.
The traveling public should slow down, drive with extreme caution, and observe all safety signs, traffic control devices and flaggers in the work zone area.
