Arrested for Tampering with Governmental Record

The Laredo Police Department CAPROS division served an arrest warrant for Annabella Ramirez, on charges of Tampering with a Governmental Record F/3. The investigation into the incident occurred on February 11, 2010 when Ramirez signed a certified a Certificate of Occupancy for a local business. She issued this official document to the business despite failing of the fire inspection conducted by the Laredo Fire Department. This criminal case is considered open and ongoing. Ramirez was arrested at approximately 4:45 pm at the Laredo Police Department, booked and was later transported to Webb County Jail to be held under a $5,000 bond.
