Two Arrested for Street Level Narcotics Sale

LPD Narcs / Vice Unit, LPD Patrol Division, LPD K-9 section, ICE, and DEA work together to saturate street level narcotics sale at Truck Stop
The Laredo Police Narcotics/Vice Unit assisted by Laredo Police Patrol Division , K-9 section, ICE, and DEA conducted an narcotics investigation by the Laredo Truck Stop located on 5300 Old Santa Maria. The investigation included a multi-day surveillance of the business location. The Narcotics Task Force, on February 18th, set up a narcotics sting at the location and as a result arrested two males for delivery of a control substance (3 counts). The Narcotics team and Patrol Officers recovered (3) doses of cocaine (total of 1.1 oz). Arrested was Rogelio Garcia, and Francisco Lozano. Garcia and Lozano were booked at the Laredo Police Department and later transported to the Webb County Jail in lieu of no bond. All evidence recovered at the scene was photographed and logged in at the Laredo Police Department. This case is considered open and ongoing and more arrests are imminent.
