Laredo Will Be Wowed by International, Multi-Cultural Art Exhibit

(LAREDO, TEXAS, JAN 5,’10) – The Laredo Public Library will once again be transformed into an art gallery when it displays the Teacher’s Discovery Traveling Exhibit, Art Beyond Borders, throughout the entire month of January. This exhibit is a partnership between Teacher’s Discovery and The International Museum of Twenty-first Century Arts (TIMOTC), an organization that was born from a series of international exhibits that premiered at the United Nations Headquarters.
This exhibit will feature 24 of those works of art in a vibrant, educational, eye-opening exhibit. The surrounding community and City of Laredo will have the opportunity to visit the Laredo Public Library to enjoy the seven piece spectacular exhibit during the month of January 2010.
The goal of TIMOTCA is to collect one piece of art from an artist in every country in the world to serve as a catalyst for peace and cultural understanding through the universal language of art.
