The cold weather last night did not stop Andy Reyes’ Supporters from joining him at the Grand Opening of his Campaign Headquarters located at 201 W. Hillside ste. 26 at the Colonade Square Plaza. Supporters took advantage of the opportunity to speak with the Candidate for Webb County Judge on a one on one basis. Many spoke about the dislike of the handling of County Business by the current County Judge pointing out a much needed change in that position. A live performance by Grupo Velocidad was cancelled because of the weather. The rest of the evening continued as planned as supporters kept pouring in throughout the evening. The event started at 6p.m. and carried on well over 8p.m. (Click here to view pics of event)
everyone in that commissioners court have been doing as they please without any concern as to who will stop them our tax dollars are being spent on political favors walk around the county buildings downtown and you can practically see the strings that are attached to the puppet masters. how many friends and family members does pine gonzalez have working his influence stretches from downtown to rio bravo why because the public servants lean on him for votes sad folks but thats the way it works in our county. the problem is that no one questions it everyone overlooks the names, the rumors, and the strings. the only way to change things is to vote them out you can start with danny valdez at the county level in the city level vote out raul salinas and mike garza.
finally someone with balls to put an end to the corruption no wonder frank wants valdez to win vote for the incumbent and get more of the same a county treasurer that turns a blind eye to the wasteful spending, commissioners that dont give a damm, nepotism at its highest level, reyes will put an end to the corruption.
