NARCS MAKE BUST SEND 3 TO JAIL FOR CHRISTMAS

ON WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 23, 2009 AT APPROXIMATELY 6:30 PM LAREDO POLICE NARCOTICS OFFICERS, LPD PATROL, LPD K-9 AND I.C.E. AGENTS EXECUTED A SEARCH WARRANT AT A HOME ON THE 900 BLOCK OF MUSSER STREET. A MULTI-WEEK INVESTIGATION, INCLUDING SURVIELLANCE, REVEALLED NARCOTICS ACTIVITY AT THE RESIDENCE. GILBERTO OSCAR MANCHA AGE 43, ROBERTO MANUEL HINOJOSA AGE 29 AND REYES ADOLFO MANCHA AGE 40 ALL WERE PLACED UNDER ARREST. WHILE SERVING THE WARRANT LPD NARCOTICS OFFICERS DISCOVERED 1 DOSE OF COCAINE WEIGHT 0.1 GRAMS AND 34 GRAMS OF MARIJUANA INSIDE THE RESIDENCE. ALL THREE SUBJECTS WERE TAKEN TO LPD, WHERE THEY WERE BOOKED, PROCESSED AND CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE SJF AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA C/B. ALL THREE MALE SUBJECTS WERE LATER TRANSPORTED TO WEBB COUNTY JAIL UNDER NO BOND SET BY JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OSCAR LIENDO.
He was out the next day….whats up with that, I thought the same thing and went to courthouse and saw him there.
