Man Arrested for $20,000 in Municipal Court Fines

Courtesy Joe Baeza, Agustin Rizo, III, 22, was arrested on 77 Municipal Court warrants.  Rizo has accumulated fines netting $20,487.  This arrest is one of many similar arrests where people just keep ignoring court letters and never answer court summons.  If anyone owes outstanding balances to Municipal Court Fines the Laredo Police strongly advises people
