LISD to Observe Columbus Day

All students of the Laredo Independent School District will have Monday, October 12, off in observance of Columbus Day. LISD administration, faculty, and staff will be required to report to work for staff development.
However, LISD’s Health Science/Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program will be hosting a Health Science camp for LISD middle school students from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Dr. Dennis D. Cantu Health Science Magnet School at 2202 San Bernardo.
Students will resume their regular schedule on Tuesday, October 13.
Also, the LISD Tax Office will remain open. The Tax Office will be open during
regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is located at 904 Juarez Ave.
