Possibly in the company of a person of interest, a 28yr old Hispanic male five foot six, two hundred pounds last seen wearing a blue muscle shirt, blue jeans and yellow workboots by the name of Jose Angel Cruz (a.k.a. Giovanni) A local Amber Alert was issued at 12:55pm. The case is being investigated as a Missing Person by Laredo Police Department’s J.E.T. Division.
