Individual Wanted by Police

The Laredo Police Department is asking the community’s help in identifying this individual shown on surveillance cameras. The incident occurred July 23, 2009 when the man drives up to an ATM riding a bicycle to an IBC located on S. Zapata Hwy. The man tries to make several unauthorized withdraws a total of 5 times. The man was using a stolen ATM card from a car burglary the day before. The man was not successful in the withdrawing the money because he did not know the pin number. If anyone has any information on this man’s identity they are asked to please call the Laredo Police at 795-2800. The Laredo Police remind the public to never leave valuables in vehicles.
