Two Juvenile Burglars Detained Stolen Items Recovered

On July 1, 2009, at approximately 4:00 p.m. on the 900 block of Tiara Trails two male juveniles, ages 13 & 16, entered victim’s residence and stole several items. The investigation revealed that the 16 yr. old male suspect entered victim’s residence through the rear window and stole the items. The 13 yr. old male suspect assisted the 16 yr. old by helping him concealed the stolen items at his residence. The 16 yr. old then called a friend of his and offered some of the stolen items for $200.00. The items included an Xbox 360, Mac Laptop, 2 colognes, and sveral video games. There was also an assorment of jewlery and shoes taken as well. Through the investigation conducted by the Juvenile Enforcement Team all the stolen items were recovered and turned over to the owner who positively identified the property. On July 06, 2009 both defendants were detained for Burglary of Habitation F/2 and Theft SJF. Defendants were transported to the Webb County Juvenile Detention Center.
