Woman Charged with Interfering with a Police Officer’s Duties, Assault, & Failure to I.D.

On Monday a Laredo Police Department officer had a struggle with two males on Chihuahua and a woman. The two males Jesse Mark Garcia, 17, & his brother a 16 yr. old minor were charged with resisting arrest. Their mother Claudia L. Salazar, 39, was arrested on 3 warrants stemming from that incident on Monday. Ms. Salazar was charged with interfering with a police officer’s duties, assault, & failure to I.D. (gave false information). She is being held on a collectively $15, 000 bond set by J.P. Hector Liendo.
