TEAM CABALLERO HOSTS SUCCESSFULL PLATE SALE

Team Caballero (Juan Caballero, Family and Friends) gathered together on Saturday to greet hundreds of supporters that turned out for a plate sale at Auto Zone (McPherson & Hillside) this past Saturday. Team Caballero braved the heat putting together plates that consisted of Sirloin Steak, Rice, and Beans. The mesquite cooked steak was donated by Constable Rudy Rodriguez and was cooked by the Knights of Columbus. The rice and beans were donated by Anahi Snacks and Catering and cooked by South Laredo cooking legend Candelario “Cande” Rodriguez. Plate sale started at 11a.m. and ended at 2:30 p.m. by 2:00 over 900 plates had been picked up. Mr. Juan Caballero thanks the staff and management of Auto Zone as well as everyone who helped, participated, and especially the supporters who purchased tickets for the plates.
