Councilman Garza, Other Community Leaders Present Scholarship Recipients

Thanks to the generosity of local area businesses in the District I neighborhood, Cm. Garza and others have been awarding $500 scholarships in his district for the past three years. The scholarship committee awards and continues to reach across the community by including students from both school districts.
The recent presentation shows Cm. Garza with students from LBJ High School.
