TAMIU Spring Commencement Excercises

2009 Spring Commencement Exercises for Texas A&M International University will span two days this week.
An evening ceremony will take place Friday at 8 p.m. outdoors on the University Green for candidates for graduation from the College of Arts and Sciences or the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
On Saturday at 9 a.m., candidates for graduation from the A. R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business or the College of Education will cross the outdoor stage. Candidates for both exercises combined number approximately 443.
Offering commencement addresses for both ceremonies will be Dr. Frank. B. Ashley III, vice chancellor for academic affairs for The Texas A&M University System. The Distinguished Student Scholar response will be provided on Friday by Nayeli Guadalupe Ziga and by Cristina Jolee Hernández on Saturday.
Dr. Ashley coordinates academic and student affairs program development, implementation and accountability, including performance-based funding for The Texas A&M University System’s nine universities and health science center. He also leads efforts to expand enrollment of community college transfer students to System universities and leads development of comprehensive distance education initiatives.
Ashley has served in a variety of roles, including teacher, coach and administrator. For 23 years, he has served in various positions at the A&M System. Ashley received his doctorate and master’s degrees from the University of Alabama and his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana College.
Hello I go to Tamiu thank you very much for your comments I hope you continue to visit the site in reference to your last comment that was deleted about the copy pasting and the fact that you read the emails sent to you by Mr. Harmon the emails are copied and pasted so that others who do not receive the emails can view info from the University’s Public Information’s Officer I do not attend the University and as you might have already figured out by now I do not have but a High School Education. Still this has been a great ride and I enjoy what I do even if it is like you say COPY PASTE. Ive come very close to firing my LAZY %^@ a couple of times but unfortunately I haven’t been able to pull the trigger. Again I Thank You for visiting LaredoBuzz.Com.
