Additional Hours for Passport Applications at the Laredo Public Library

Because of the many changes and requirements for citizens to be able to enter into Mexico and because the deadline is fast approaching, the Laredo Public Library will be hosting additional hours for taking passport or pass card application on Tuesdays & Thursdays through the end of May from 3:00 to 7:00 pm.
Please note the required documents below to be able to process the passport application:
… Birth Certificate (Full Page)
… TX Driver’s License or ID
… Both parents for minors or
… Parental Consent Form (3035)
… Checks or Money Orders (Laredo Public Library cannot accept cash)
Citizens can also apply for a passport at the Laredo Public Library Monday thru Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. only. Same rules and fees apply.
