LAREDO, TX – Weather permitting on Sunday, February 26 through Tuesday, February 28, 2017 from 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., the Union Pacific Railroad Company (UPRR) will conduct nighttime UPRR bridge repair work at Los Botines along IH 35 northbound at mile marker #18. This work calls for the nighttime closure of the IH 35 northbound right lane with accompanying northbound on-ramp closure at mile marker #18 in Webb County.
Please expect detours and travel delays:
During the IH 35 northbound right lane closure, motorists should slow down and merge to open lane(s). Motorists wishing to take the IH 35 northbound on-ramp at mile marker #18 must detour to IH 35 southbound, then to the IH 35 Uniroyal exit turnaround at exit #13 for continued travel northbound on IH 35 northbound main lanes.
The traveling public should adhere to all safety signs and traffic control devices in the area.
