(Laredo, Texas)-Four United I.S.D. students were among those celebrated as Youths of the Month for April 2016. The monthly program recognizes high school students who excel in academics and volunteer to help our community.
Teachers and counselors nominate students for the recognition. Host for the April 2016 ceremony and luncheon was Nixon High School. Youth of The Month is sponsored in part by the U.S. Border Patrol, The Senate of Texas, United States Congress, I.B.C., Royal Laser Wash, McDonald’s, H.E.B., AHEC, Rock Fitness Center, Laredo Energy Arena, Mattress Firm, Super Transport International.
