TAMIU Invites Parents to Information Session Tuesday, Nov. 17

(Laredo, Texas)-Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) invites parents in the community to a Parents Information Session designed to provide them with information about higher education and TAMIU admissions requirements Tuesday, Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. in Western Hemispheric Trade Center, room 111 and 116.
The event is free and open to the public. Information sessions will be provided both in English and Spanish.
Jessica Treviño, associate director of Recruitment and School Relations, said TAMIU recruitment representatives will provide parents with information about the various educational opportunities the University offers to students.
“We will also talk about how to apply to TAMIU, Financial Aid, admissions requirements and the history of the University,” Treviño said. “Any parent interested in their children attending TAMIU is encouraged to come to the event and also to ask questions regarding important deadlines and test dates.”
Registration for Spring 2016 is currently underway at TAMIU.
Class schedule will be available at http://uconnect.tamiu.edu
The first day of classes for Spring 2016 is Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016.
