TAMIU Offers Oil and Gas Industry English Language Course

(Laredo, Tx)-Texas A&M International University’s (TAMIU) International Language Institute (ILI) is offering English language workshops for the Oil and Gas Industry starting Wednesday, Jan. 28.
These workshops, designed for anyone interested in learning the technical language used in the oil and gas industry, will be offered on Wednesdays from January 28 through April 8 from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from February 7to May 2 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m
Mariana Barberena, U.S.-México relations coordinator for the Office of Global Initiatives /Bi-National Center, said the class is open to those who already know English, but would like to learn the technical language of the oil and gas industry .
