(Laredo, Tx)-Four United I.S.D. students were among those celebrated as Youths of the Month for December 2014. The monthly programs recognizes local high school students who excel in academics and volunteer to help our community. Teachers and counselors nominate students for the recognition.
Youth of The Month is sponsored in part by the U.S. Border Patrol, The Senate of Texas, United States Congress, I.B.C., Royal Laser Wash, McDonald’s, H.E.B., AHEC, The Rock Fitness Center, Laredo Energy Arena, Entravision, Fox 39, Mundofox, LATV, Unimas, Univision, Awardmasterz.com, Dr. Sara E. Campos, M.D., P.A. and the City of Laredo Public Access Channel. December’s ceremony and luncheon was hosted at St. Augustine High School.
